Made For Community - Speed Painting Events!

The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” - Genesis 2:18

From the beginning, God created us for community. He recognized our deep longing and need to be known, seen, and supported by others. As Christians, we have the beautiful opportunity to build intentional community with others through a variety of outlets, such as Church, Bible study, community service organizations, and many others.

But, community is so much more than gathering together with a group of supportive individuals. God has blessed each of us with unique gifts and talents that we can share with others in order to build strong communities and bring honor to God's Kingdom.

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.- Romans 12:4-5 

The Lord has blessed me with an artistic heart - one that yearns to share unique stories and inspire hope in others through visual art. Through my Speed Painting events, my hope is to honor the gifts God has given me and help others experience God’s power, presence, and passion for His people. I believe that by embracing and sharing our unique gifts, we can build strong, supportive communities that help individuals as they face challenges, experience healing, and walk in faith. 

My passion for building community and my desire to honor the gifts I have been blessed with, have led me to partner with PowerSoul Clubhouse, a Conservative/Christian Women’s Community made up of real women who have real struggles, who want to be proactive instead of reactive. PowerSoul Clubhouse was founded by Brandi Barclay who is also the co-host of the ‘She’s So Right Show’ on the Patriot 960 am Radio & Podcast, and a Certified Christian Life Coach. As someone who has encountered a great deal of pain and experienced God’s miraculous healing power in my own life, I am thrilled to be partnering with an organization that is devoted to supporting women and building them up in truth and love as they pursue Jesus and the call on their lives. 

On May 19th, I will be joining PowerSoul to share a LIVE Worship Painting event, followed by a special painting auction. This event will provide others with an opportunity to worship, connect, expand their community, and bid to own a one-of-a-kind Worship Painting.
