I saw a vision of Jesus In Heaven
I saw a vision. It was late one night and I had to get out and drive. I drove for hours looping around the freeways of Phoenix to Tempe and back around again. My worship music was blasting as loud as my speakers would allow. I had been sick for a week or so. The beginning of a long fight against an autoimmune disease that caused my skin to practically fall off my face. I had to get out. And I had to touch Heaven.
My worship filled the Yukon as I drove from loop to loop singing with all of my heart. And in an instant. I saw Him. I saw Jesus.
My vision took me to Heaven. Looking down through what felt like clouds I pierced through and saw a huge castle with a open balcony. Circular I stared down at the roof of it…I could hear the Angels worshiping Jesus…I could feel and sense them. But I could only see Jesus. There was talk, a meeting taking place…and I heard the Angels say to Jesus “she sees us.”
His eyes locked with mine. And nothing else mattered. I felt like a fly on the wall that had been spotted. My eyes could not look away from Him. He was beautiful. Dressed in a beautiful robe. Thick and heavy and majestic. His dark hair and piercing eyes looked straight through me. He did not look away. He had a pen in his hand. He was standing over a table, a round table that was made of stone…he was going over contracts…plans…and without a word being said I knew what He was saying to me. He was making His plans, and He was working me into them. Somehow He had called me, to bring Heaven down to earth…at the right time. In His time…all things would come together. It felt like hours. I couldn’t get enough of His gaze. I was driving, yet I was peering into the eyes of Jesus in Heaven. I will never forget that moment. I will never forget His eyes…His love…His gaze that made all of life fade away…nothing in the world mattered. Only Him. I long to be near to Him, to be with Him, to dwell in His presence. There is no love like His.
