Turnaround

All customer orders are shipped during business days, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to ship, as each item is custom-made to your specifications. Depending on the art piece and if you’ve ordered a Giclée print or Giclée canvas print, processing and shipping may take additional time.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate for your order is determined by the weight of the items and your delivery location. Before completing your purchase, you will be presented with the total shipping cost on the checkout page. At that time, you will have the option to review and decide whether to proceed with your order.

Back Orders

In the event that your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order as soon as possible. Once the remaining items become available, we will promptly ship the item of your order at no additional shipping or handling cost to you.
