REFUND POLICY 

REPAIRS & RETURNS 

If a print arrives to you damaged or in less-than perfect condition, Vanessa Horabuena Art will exchange your art for a new print, issue you a refund, or have the print repaired. If an original art arrives to you damaged or in less than perfect condition, your original piece has been insured and will either be repaired or the item can be sent back for a refund. Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser, with receipt, after item has arrived back in the studio. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We do not offer refunds. If an item arrives to you in less than perfect or damaged condition, please see our REPAIRS & RETURNS POLICY above.
