Our gallery is currently closed for the summer and is operating with limited hours. If you would like to visit, you are welcome to stop by and ring the bell located outside the gallery. If a staff member is available, they will gladly come and let you in. Please note that, due to our limited staffing, an employee may not always be available to assist.

International Shipping Notice
🌍 Unfortunately, do to the closing of our warehouse and high cost of inetrnational shipping, we are currently unable to offer standard international shipping. However, we can accomodate international orders that meet the following requirements:
The order must have a minimum value of $1,000 USD.
The Customer is responsible for the full cost of international shipping.🌍
If you would like your order shipped internationally, please email us at customersupport@vanessahorabuena.com before placing your order. Be sure to include the item(s) you’re interested in and the full shipping destination so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote and delivery details.
Please note: A minimum order of $1,000 USD is required for all international shipments, excluding shipping and handling fees. International shipping rates, delivery times, duties, and taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Availability may differ depending on product size, weight, and destination country.

• Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship, as each item is custom-made in-house to your specifications.
• Pickup orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. All pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase. Unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation after this period.
Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $25 USD within the United States. Shipping rates for orders under $25 USD are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Original Paintings: Complimentary shipping is included for all original painting orders within the United States. Each original also includes handling, insurance, and a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity that is sent out separately.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. Please note: A minimum order of $1,000 USD is required for all international shipments, excluding shipping and handling fees. • Standard Prints are printed using 4 colors on heavyweight 111 lb photo paper.
• Giclée Prints are printed using 12 premium pigmented inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta 315-gram paper. These prints include a 1/4 inch white border for easy framing.
• Giclée Canvases are printed using 12 premium pigmented inks on 1 1/2″ textured gallery wrap cloth, which is stretched and affixed to high quality wooden bars, ready to be displayed.
