Everything that the Lord has created has beauty, has exceptional design, & has His majestic fingerprints intertwined within it. He leaves nothing to chance, but took the time to perfect every detail of His incredible works of life.
I believe the horse, above most, carries within its design the purpose of both bonding with the plans of man, and bonding with the plans of God. Their ability to be gentle to the most troubled and broken souls, and their ability to be strong and powerful in the most fierce times of war, speaks of the versatility locked within them. They were built to be a part of our story.
Jesus Himself will return on a beautiful, white, Heavenly war horse. Upon his very back will ride the King of Kings, the very Son of God as He comes down to administer justice and establish His reign. How mighty He has made them, and what beauty He locked within them! It’s an unadulterated beauty to be discovered by the hearts of man. And for those who do find it, what a full life they will live.
“Do you give the horse its strength or clothe its neck with a flowing mane. Do you make it leap like a locust, striking terror with its proud snorting? It paws fiercely, rejoicing in its strength, and charges into the fray. It laughs at fear, afraid of nothing; it does not shy away from the sword. The quiver rattles against its side, along with the flashing spear and lance. In frenzied excitement it eats up the ground; it cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds. At the blast of the trumpet it snorts, ‘Aha!’ It catches the scent of battle from afar, the shout of commanders and the battle cry.” - Job 39:19-25
