Order Shipment & Processing

On average the turnaround and processing for new orders is 14 business days. On peak holiday times the shipping and process can take longer.

Standard Prints- 14 business days
Giclée Paper Prints- 14 business days
Giclée Canvas Prints- 14 business days

Originals - 4-6 weeks (depending on size and design. If you need a quicker turnaround time please reach out to our customer support team. Once an Original is finished it goes through a varnish process and is sent in to be scanned for future art print production. You may email in to find out if an original has already gone through this process and if it is available for immediate shipping. For oversized paintings, custom wood crates are built for safe shipping. These are often ordered as the paintings are sold.)


Refund Policy

Standard Prints and Giclée Paper Prints- Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If an item is able to be returned it must be returned in new condition with no dents, fingerprints, dust, etc. Items returned damaged will not receive full reimbursement. Buyer pays return shipping.

Giclée Canvas Prints can be refunded with a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned in new condition with no scratches or scuffs. Buyer pays return shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items CLEARANCE ITEMS, ORIGINALS CANVAS PRINTS 

Clearance Items, Original Paintings, Original Sketches, and Hand Embellished Canvas Prints can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Originals are sold at the time of purchase, and cannot be refunded for any reason. Clearance Items are discounted to reflect the type of damage or imperfection present, please read descriptions carefully. 



Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all original packaging materials and include detailed photos of the damaged item along with the order number.
