Refund and Return Policy

We do issue refunds on returns of artwork. If you have a specific request, please email our team at


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, please send a detailed photo of the damaged item along with the order number.

Sale items are not eligible for replacement or refunds. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items ORIGINALS & HAND EMBELLISHED CANVAS PRINTS 

Originals and Hand Embellished artwork can be refunded with a 15% restocking fee. Please note that all hand embellished art prints are touched up by Vanessa Horabuena and she will personally send photos via text to ensure you are happy with the finished work before she sends the print to be varnished and shipped to you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Please contact our studio at if you have received an item that was damaged during shipping so that our team can evaluate your request for an exchange. Please include photos of any damage so that our team can properly assess the situation.
