The canvas is hand-embellished by Vanessa Horabuena herself using the highest of quality, richly pigmented acrylic paints. A specialized texture medium is added to enhance depth, creating dimensional highlights that catch light and bring areas of the painting to life. Vanessa’s original signature is applied directly to the canvas, replacing the printed one for an authentic finish.
Each piece is printed in-house using 12 archival pigment inks, then carefully hand-stretched onto custom, high-end 1 1/2" gallery depth poplar wood bars… crafted and assembled right here in our Tempe, Arizona studio. To protect and preserve the work, each embellished canvas is sealed with a professional-grade UV-protectant varnish, applied by a trained technician. This final touch ensures lasting brilliance and protection from fading, dust, and humidity.
The finished piece is a one of a kind with a resemblance to an original painting. The product will be shipped out with a certificate of authenticity.
Prophetic Meaning
He withheld nothing to shepherd us, whom He dearly loved. Crossing over into the thicket of our own making, He did not relent in His pursuit. Unraveling the intricate entanglement of our sins, gently, one at a time, He sets us free. He removes our identity from the grip of death and places it in Him alone. Under the shelter of His grace, He grants us undeniable rest. In His perfect peace, our hearts can be at ease. The price has been paid, the sacrifice made, as He took up our consequences upon Himself. He overcame them all, breaking free from death's grasp, eternally rescuing our very souls, and trading our place of suffering for His place of righteousness. The thorns that ensnared us, He removed, even though they pierced His brow. His compassion for us never wavered. Steadfast and true, His heart was set on us. The love that drove Him was the deepest kind of love, the passion, the most profound kind of passion. Because of Him, we can find rest in His shelter, in the comfort of the Almighty One of Heaven—our King and our Good Shepherd.
