I love this painting, "Saved by Grace". It is like a promise from God of how He holds and cares for the prodigals and the lost. I have known many "Black Sheep" and the message I see in the painting gives great hope.

In the arms of the Shepherd, the lost lamb finds rest.
There was a moment... long before we ever called His name... when Jesus set His heart on us. Not because we were strong, not because we were worthy, but because of His boundless love. We were the wandering lamb, distant and defenseless, yet His eyes never left us. His grace pursued us through every valley, over every mountain, and across every storm.
At the cross, the price was paid in full. Jesus, the spotless Lamb of God, bore the weight of our sin so we could be called His own. Eternal life is freely given. Freely received. And now, in His hands, we find what our hearts were made for: peace, belonging, and the assurance of a forever love. The Shepherd who carries us will never let us go.

We employ the same 12 pigmented inks as our paper prints, and then skillfully stretch the artwork onto 1 1/2" gallery depth bars. This results in a contemporary appearance that is ideal for displaying unframed. Our canvas prints are also made to order in our Tempe, Arizona studio, using high-quality, locally sourced poplar wood for the stretcher bars which are cut and assembled in-house by our own team.
Hand-Embellished Canvas: Each piece is personally hand-embellished by Vanessa Horabuena, making every artwork truly one of a kind. Please allow up to 2 months for completion, as each canvas receives detailed handwork, prayer, and artistic attention.
Printed in-house with 12 archival pigment inks, each canvas is hand-stretched onto premium 1.5" gallery-depth poplar wood bars in our Tempe, Arizona studio. Vanessa enhances the artwork with richly pigmented acrylic paints, textured highlights, and her original hand-applied signature. A professional UV-protective varnish is then applied to preserve the piece for years to come.
Your finished artwork closely resembles an original painting and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

This is a wall in my Office . I get so many compliments on these prints. My Bride of Christ still needs to be framed… I love your work so much and I’m praying I get to own at least one of the stretched canvases one day. Had to have this new one of Jesus holding the black sheep. I put it next to another favorite, this little lamb almost smiling, adoring as it looks up at the Good Shepherd. I have many of Vanessa's prints in my house and have given over 10 away as gifts. I love how she captures such moments. For the girl dancing on the Father's hands, to horses, to Mary and baby Jesus in the stable, to Jesus as crucified and Lion . Beautiful work.

I love this Saved by Grace picture. I teach classes at my church and I try to have one of Vanessa's framed prints to give away at the end of each class. I copy the description and put it on the back of the frame. Last time it was the one of Jesus walking out of the tomb. (Sorry, since I no longer have it, I don't know its name.) I can't decide if I am going to keep Saved by Grace or give it away because I really like it. I can certainly relate to being a black sheep as I was away from the Lord for many years. But by His grace...no longer!

I picked this art for by my bed in our trailer. I wanted our trailer to be full of pictures reminding us of our purpose and our Father in heaven. This one to me is so special and very beautifully done.

Shipping was fairly quick and I like the sticker I got that came with the order. I may have ordered an extra of something.. so I'm not sure whether I can return it and get my money back or something else. Regardless I love all my pieces. I became aware of this piece last Christmas when I placed an order for a t-shirt as a gift. Vanessa's team sent a sticker with this print as a "thank you" with my order. It was perfect, I placed it on the cover of my Bible and love it. Jesus holding the little black lamb with such love just touches me.
