Prophetic Meaning
How many of us have forgotten the freedom of dancing in this life? We started off with such innocence and hope, but as quickly as the spark was lit, the storms of life struck us to the ground. I’m so thankful for the goodness of God. For it is His kindness and His gentleness that restores us to a place of dancing. He sets our feet on solid ground, and He leads us to greener pastures. He restores our hearts and refreshes our souls. He shines His face upon us with delight in whom He created us to be.
This is the goodness of God, and it is the reason we can dare to dance…
“I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten — the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm — my great army that I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed. Then you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and that there is no other; never again will my people be shamed.” Joel 2:25-27

We employ the same 12 pigmented inks as our paper prints, and then skillfully stretch the artwork onto 1 1/2" gallery depth bars. This results in a contemporary appearance that is ideal for displaying unframed. Our canvas prints are also made to order in our Tempe, Arizona studio, using high-quality, locally sourced poplar wood for the stretcher bars which are cut and assembled in-house by our own team.
Hand-Embellished Canvas: Each piece is personally hand-embellished by Vanessa Horabuena, making every artwork truly one of a kind. Please allow up to 2 months for completion, as each canvas receives detailed handwork, prayer, and artistic attention.
Printed in-house with 12 archival pigment inks, each canvas is hand-stretched onto premium 1.5" gallery-depth poplar wood bars in our Tempe, Arizona studio. Vanessa enhances the artwork with richly pigmented acrylic paints, textured highlights, and her original hand-applied signature. A professional UV-protective varnish is then applied to preserve the piece for years to come.
Your finished artwork closely resembles an original painting and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Beautiful anointed painting that when I first saw it felt as though it was lifted right out of my heart. I’ve placed it over my reading chair in in my home office, across from my desk where it serves as a constant reminder that I am free to be the woman Jesus created me to be, and that surrendered to him, anything is possible. The images don’t even begin to do it justice.

I grew up with a father who was easily triggered. I lived walking on egg shells and always trying to be perfect. I never experienced the carefree life of a child. I have a Google image on my phone of a little girl dancing and twirling in a field of flowers. She was free, she was happy, she was light! This painting is exactly what I will be doing when I come face to face with Jesus! ❤️🙏
The first time I saw this painting I knew it was something that I needed. It speaks volumes about my personal journey in faith, thru hard times and the better times of my life. I originally purchased an 8x10 but from the moment I saw it I knew I would have to eventually purchase a larger piece to fill up an empty space on my wall. Finally incase able to order this bigger piece and will pass the 8x10 to my daughter. I have a few other "prints" that I will be framing to add to my collection of Vanessa's work. For now, I look at it as I fall asleep at night, reminded of how God has taught me to dance once more.
I purchased this image for my office at work. It's been quite the season but I felt this was timely - time to dance again! It's been a great reminder of the Lords leading and faithfulnesses. 🤍
This piece spoke to me, it took me back to my childhood and time spent with my great grandmother. Dancing in her flower garden in the summer is something we did often. I miss her greatly but memories keep her close to my heart. ❤️
I had been hope deferred for three years and didn't even want to live. One day I was listening to a guided cd and it told me to go up to the mountain top and to dance before the Lord. I got up from my bed, stepped a few feet away and closed my eyes and began to dance before Jesus. The next thing I knew He was right there in my prayer closet. I felt Him take me into His arms and pull me right up to His heart. He took my hand in his and He danced with me on that mountain top. It lasted only a short time and I kept my eyes closed because I was afraid if I opened them the moment might end. I saw myself in a blush pink dress as I was in my childhood days dancing in a field of flowers before the Lord on that mountain. When I saw Vanessa's painting it looked exactly like what I saw in my mind that day that Jesus danced with me. I had to have this beautiful canvas depiction of that precious moment. It commemorates the day that Jesus stepped into my life and brought hope and a will to live back to me.

I had already purchased a couple of prints and my "art wall" is still a work in progress, but I couldn't stop thinking about the "prr-order" email that I had received for 'Dare to Dance Again' I ordered it on canvass this time. It finally arrived and ohmygoodness how it speaks to my heart! My only regret is that I didn't order a larger size. Once it arrived, I realized it needs to be my focal point on that wall so I may be ordering it in a (much) larger size one of these days. I confess Darr to Dance Again is my favorite picture so far. It reminds me of my youth and how freely I worshiped, completely uninhibited and how I deaire to worship God this openly and freely, once again.
